## Data Exploration Exercise

This workshop's interactive exercise explores a mouse tumor imaging dataset from the PMIT core spanning several modalities: microCT, MRI, and IVIS. The exercise compares how well each modality in the study measure features relevant to the research question (related to organ tumor burden) and stores the mined information in a knowledge graph to plan follow up investigation.
